Privacy Policy — MCX Levels
Effective date: August 12, 2025
MCX Levels ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share when using the MCX Levels mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information we collect
We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve the App's features. This may include:
- Registration details: when you register an account we may collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and a secure password.
- Usage data: technical and analytics data about how you use the App (for example: app crashes, features used, and general device/OS information).
- Advertising identifiers and cookies: for ad-serving and personalization (see the "Ads" section below).
2. Registration details are safe with us
Important: Registration details you provide are kept safe and confidential. We do not sell or rent your registration information to third parties. Your registration details will not be shared with others except as described in this policy (for example, to comply with legal requests or to trusted service providers who assist us in operating the App).
3. How we use your information
- To create, maintain and secure your account.
- To provide the App's core services and features.
- To respond to your inquiries and customer support requests.
- To analyze usage and performance so we can improve the App.
- To comply with laws, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, property, or safety of MCX Levels, our users, or others.
4. Ads and third-party advertising
Ads in the App are served by Google and its advertising partners. These third parties may use cookies, mobile ad identifiers, and similar technologies to serve and measure ads, and to deliver ads that may be relevant to you.
For details about how Google serves ads and uses data, please refer to Google's advertising and privacy documentation and policies (for example, Google Ads policies and Google Privacy & Terms).
By using the App you acknowledge that third-party advertisers may collect and process information about your activity across apps and websites. We do not control third-party data practices; please review the privacy policies of those parties for more details.
5. Sharing and disclosure
We will not share your registration details with other companies for their own marketing purposes. We may disclose information in the following limited cases:
- Service providers: third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf (e.g., hosting, analytics, push notifications, or app maintenance). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
- Legal reasons: when required by law, legal process, or to respond to lawful requests by public authorities.
- Safety and fraud prevention: to protect against harmful or illegal activity and to enforce our terms.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. While we work hard to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure — if a breach occurs we will comply with applicable laws and notify you as required.
7. Data retention
We retain registration and usage information as long as it is necessary to provide the App and services, to comply with our legal obligations, and for legitimate business purposes. If you request account deletion (see "Your choices" below) we will remove your personal data except where retention is required by law.
8. Children's privacy
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
9. Your choices and rights
- Access & update: You may access or update your registration information by signing into your account and editing your profile where available.
- Delete account: You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us (contact details below). We will process deletion requests in accordance with applicable law.
- Advertising choices: To opt out of interest-based advertising from Google, please follow Google's opt-out mechanisms (for example, Google Ads settings and Android ad settings). These controls are provided by the ad networks themselves.
10. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated policy in the App and update the "Effective date" at the top. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
